Meetings of the Board of Directors are open to the public. If you have any questions regarding these meetings, please contact Judith Ferguson.

There are occasions when meetings or portions of meetings are closed to the public. Those occasions will be noted on the board meeting calendar. Reasons for closure include matters relating to employees, proprietary information, litigation, and other matters requiring the confidential advice of counsel, commercial or financial information obtained on a privileged or confidential basis, or the purchase of property or services whenever the premature exposure of such purchase would compromise the business interests of KCPBS. Kansas City PBS is organized for the purposes of serving the educational and cultural needs of the people of Missouri and Kansas through the management and operation of a nonprofit, noncommercial telecommunications facility. Its board of directors is a committed group of volunteers guiding our organization.
