JOB TITLE: Vice President of News and Digital
REPORTS TO: Chief Operating Officer (COO)

The Vice President of News and Digital leads the brand new Hale Center for Journalism, an integrated, multimedia news operation that will serve Kansas City news consumers in new ways, and on multiple platforms. In addition to crafting a long-term identity, vision and strategy for the Hale Center, the VP will set the editorial vision for KCPT News and manage a growing digital team that implements the news strategy across all platforms. The VP of News and Digital develops the organization’s news agenda, enforces KCPT’s editorial and ethical standards, and develops strategy for digital and social content. The VP of News and Digital supervises the managing editor and five journalists, and the digital team including a web developer, a web designer, a content director, and a social media manager.

JOB TITLE: Development Coordinator, KCPT / The Bridge
REPORTS TO: Executive Director for Community Development
FLSA CLASSIFICATION: Hourly/Non-Exempt
Performs administrative and office support activities for the Director of Membership and the Executive Director of Community Development. The Development Coordinator will work closely with both the membership and major giving departments at KCPT and have responsibility for key components of each department’s work. The Development Coordinator will be expected to provide quality work while operating independently but also serve as a member of multiple teams.
