KCPT Presents the Summer Edition of Uniquely Kansas City
Uniquely Kansas City Airs on Thursday, August 14 at 8 p.m.
KANSAS CITY—KCPT continues to showcase the abundance of music, theatre, dance and visual arts in its video magazine of the arts, Uniquely Kansas City. The summer edition of Uniquely Kansas City will air on August 14 at 8 p.m.
In this edition, Randy Mason and Steph Suetos will explore outdoor events like The Literary Arts Festival and First Fridays. They will profile groups as varied as Quixotic Performance Fusion and The Marching Cobras. From summer theatre across the metro to the man they call Mr. Stinky Feet, Uniquely Kansas City highlights art in the area and its historical ties to Kansas City.
Uniquely Kansas City has been made possible by a generous grant from the Miller Nichols Charitable Foundation, J.B. Reynolds Foundation and Dr. Fred & Lou Hartwig.
KCPT is a nonprofit, community-owned television station serving the greater Kansas City area that provides programming and services that entertain, educate and enrich the community. For more information about KCPT's programs and services go to www.KCPT.org.
