The show where YOU Dine and Dish!
Got a favorite restaurant in KC? Want to share it with fellow foodies on a KCPT television program?
If you think you can handle the lights, the cameras AND still share your opinions, join us on Check, Please! - Kansas City's newest TV show where regular folks review their favorite restaurant, cafe, bistro, fine dining establishment, diner or dump!
Here's how the show works: Each episode features three guest reviewers and their favorite restaurants. As a reviewer, you must visit all three restaurants - on KCPT's dime! Then, join us 'round the table on the KCPT set and tell us what you think about each eatery. (Yes, it's really that simple AND that fun!)
By the way, we also love to hear about those restaurants that are "OFF THE BEATEN PATH" - THE MORE INTERESTING THE BETTER!
ALL FIELDS ARE REQUIRED
Tell us your three favorite Kansas City area restaurants:
Jot a paragraph or two about one of the three above restaurants.
Remember, the more detailed and expressive you are on this entry form, the more likely it is you'll be considered as a reviewer.
Please note: The guest reviewers get about two weeks to visit all of the restaurants. No cameras, no note taking. And ABSOLUTELY NO telling the restaurant you're there to review it for the show! Just enjoy the food, the ambience, the service...the desserts! (We'll give you a form to write it all down at home.) Each reviewer, then, must be able to take a few hours off on a weekday during the day to dish it all out with the other reviewers on the KCPT set!
The restaurant description you submit might qualify for use on our website, KCPT.org, even if you are not selected to participate in the show. I hereby certify and warrant that the review I am submitting is my original work and that granting KCPT permission to use it does not infringe upon or violate the rights of any third party. I acknowledge that I am the author of this review.
