KCPT Matching Gift Companies
After you have sent your pledge to KCPT, contact your Human Resources Office to obtain a Matching Gift form. (Many companies also match the gifts of retirees, spouses, surviving spouses, and outside directors.) Fill out the employee portion of the form completely and send the form to KCPT, 125 East Thirty-First Street, Kansas City, MO 64108.
