Re-Opened: July 12, 1997 after being closed for over 75 years. It's located in Weston Missouri, on the site of the "Oldest Brewery West of the Hudson River". Adjacent to it is O'Malley's Irish Pub, located in 3 of 5 beer cellars that were built in 1842. The brew house was acquired from Boreal Brewery in Montreal, Quebec, the winner of numerous awards. It is an eight fermentor, 24 barrel system, capable of producing 10,000 barrels annually.
