As we take one last look at 2018 and begin a new year, I want to thank you for your continued support.
We hope you have seen and experienced the value of your membership and taken time to enjoy, learn, listen and explore using Kansas City PBS, flatlandkc.org and The Bridge.
Because we are a local service, we’re able to dig deeper into the topics that matters to you and thoughtfully engage our Kansas City community. For example, “Me, Dorothy...and this road to Oz” was an unprecedented, immersive trip down the yellow brick road with Kansas City Ballet as the cast and crew prepared for the world premiere of “The Wizard of Oz.”
Additionally, we enjoy getting out in the community with events like the Mister Rogers Kindness Crawl, our Indie Lens Pop-Up screenings and discussions of award-winning PBS series and documentaries, and the many kids’ events throughout the year.
And, of course, we bring you all the great national programming like “Victoria,” “Frontline,” “Nature” and “NOVA.” Be sure to watch the stunning new season of “Victoria” beginning Jan. 13th.
